Had a short relaxing session with my modular. I wanted to use the "divide by 64" patch and make some generative sounds/music. I added some mixer feedback. This is a patch for 2 voices.

Low and calm heartbeat sounding very electronic. Perfect for backgrounds, filling and effects. Pay attention: the sound is very low frequency, you'll not hear it unless you wear good quality headphones or speakers. Also make sure your equalization configurations let low frequencies get through.

Looking through a golf bag: in this sound you can hear the clubs hitting each other making a metal sound. Recorded using the zoomh4n and the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. I lowered the volume at certain parts to prevent it clipping. The clubs in the golf bag is a driver, a wedge, a putter and a 6 iron.

A bird created by whistling. Recorded with a (blue microphones, snowball ice) the sound was postprocessed to make the bird sound more unique, for jungle soundscapes. Used audacity for both recording and processing. Recorder: realtek high definition audio soundcardmicrophone: blue microphones, snowball iceprocessing: testing different effects for the right result.

This a spare recording from a short film i was making. It's a stereos track but all sounds are recorded to the left channel. This was recorded on a zoom h4n and a sennheiser me67. The sound is of a woodland near liskeard, cornwall, uk. There are occasionally cars passing, but mostly it's quite clean - and the cars might be useful for somebody.

This is the sound of my roomba 671 robot vacuum cleaner, you hear him cleaning and the brushes are turning. Here is some recording done in my back garden on the gravel. Equipment used:zoom h4n pro - inbuilt micrx6 spectral denoise. Some eq used to lower bird calls and make gravel sounds richer. Have limited to -3db.

It's an all synthetized sound created on audacity. I wanted to recreat the sound of an ovni, but not one that makes people scared : like there is only one alien in this ovni but it seems pretty nice. I started by created a new audiotrack, then i generated chirps and keeping the default values. Then i duplicated the track and made a stereo track of both. I add wahwah effect on the track, changing and modulate the different default values (for example, highest dept and a lot of resonance). After, i add phaser affect on the whole track to make the sound a little bit more spacial. Then i normalized the track. Last, i raised the speed twice by 2. Raw sound of lips kisses. Used to make these noises many years ago during high school lessons when i was bored in the classroom. Didn't aim it at anyone - did these noises when noone was looking - and just before someone looked, i stopped and pretended like it wasn't me.
